Technique:

• Tampon Method: The tampon is soaked in the oil and inserted into the vagina for 4 hours a day.

• Manual Vaginal Stretching: A specific self-stretching technique.

• Alternative: Some mothers prefer using the EPI-NO balloon instead of manual stretching.
