Q: I am 36 weeks pregnant. The little bottle of Caulophyllum 30 says take 3x daily from 36 weeks on, but this is not mentioned in the book when I look at Month 9 and everything to be done in Month 9.

A: There have been little helpful additions to our program since the book was written.
Caulophyllum 30 is a homeopathic remedy that we recommend that mothers can take from 36 weeks to term three times a day - this gently helps the cervix to thin out slowly from 36 weeks to term so that is can dilate easily during labour.
