Our Method

A lifestyle for women

to enhance fertility, pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery

What is The Gentle Birth Method

Dr Gowri Motha discusses her approach to gentle birth, emphasising nutrition, exercise, and visualisation techniques. She shares a unique dolphin birth experience, highlighting the calming effects of dolphins on mothers during labour.

The method aims to reduce fear and pressure on the baby, promoting a natural and serene birthing process.

Fertility Support

  • Fertility is the function of a healthy body. Therefore, to enhance fertility, we focus on restoring all-round physical and emotional health to automatically enhance fertility in both men and women.

  • With Creative Healing we aim to restore tissues to be as biologically young and fertile as a person in their twenties. We also use Reflexology and Ayurvedic techniques.

Birth Support & Midwifery

  • For mothers who have followed the Gentle Birth Method we offer birth support. Our GBM Practitioners will provide the support that they need during birthing and afterwards in a hospital or home setting.

  • We work with private Midwives who are GBM Practitioners if you wish to consider their services.
