Class Objective: To maintain physical fitness and mental serenity during pregnancy, facilitating birth preparation. Daily practice is gently encouraged due to the well-documented benefits of pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing, which include pain relief during childbirth, reduced labor inductions, shorter labor stages, lower c-section risk, and improved mental well-being.
Class Schedule: Begins at 6pm sharp, featuring one hour of prenatal yoga, followed by 30 minutes of hypnobirthing with Dr. Gowri Motha.
Attire and Equipment: Comfortable clothes for movement, along with a yoga mat, block, and cushion are required.
Class Availability: Open to participants from 14 weeks of pregnancy until birth.

Our Yoga for Pregnancy/Birth & GBM Hypnobirthing Visualisation Sessions cover subjects such as pelvic mapping, perineal massage, pelvic floor awareness & exercises, micro-movements for pelvic release, birthing breathing, dealing with fear, preparing for vaginal birth after caesarean birth (VBAC), hypnobirthing, mindfulness & visualisation practices. The classes aim to equip you with the knowledge to address common pregnancy ailments and obstacles to a straightforward birth as well as to give you the confidence and strength to give birth as nature intended.
