We are delighted to make this resource available for pregnant mothers and practitioners. These can be listened to during the day or whilst receiving treatments.

These have been recorded during Gowri’s live Hypnobirth classes. Some of these tracks are included in our MP3 albums that are available to purchase from the website but these voice recordings include many more tracks.

Valuable feedback from our mothers and practitioners have confirmed the benefit of focusing on pregnancy and birthing with the help of these recordings.

A little point of interest: Many mothers say that Gowri’s voice often puts them to sleep and sound analysis has shown that she has a lot of A and A flats in her spoken voice range that is deeply relaxing to listen to.
