Adele is an extremely gifted reflexologist who has been working with Gowri and the Gentle Birth Method for 7 years. She runs the Gentle Birth Method Foundation’s NHS clinic at the Whittington Hospital providing NHS mothers with pregnancy reflexology and has been having amazing results with her mothers. She also provides pregnancy reflexology to Gentle Birth Method mothers at the GBM clinic at the Kailash Centre in west London and at mother’s homes (in north-west and west London).

Adele is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and trained at the London School of Reflexology with the renowned Louise Keet, where she qualified in the use of traditional Foot Reflexology, Pre-conceptual, pregnancy and Post-natal care. In addition she is a qualified ‘Psychodynamic Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner and has been trained by Dr Gowri Motha in Creative Healing, but has found that her true vocation and skill is in reflexology and means that mothers on the Gentle Birth Method can benefit from specific pregnancy reflexology treatments throughout their pregnancy. The benefits of reflexology in pregnancy and in helping to have a gentle birth are proven. Reflexology is also very beneficial to women who are trying to get pregnant and postnatally.

Adele is very passionate about what she does and believes that the most important thing a therapist can offer, which is beyond any technique, is a caring and mindful presence.
