Baladi Choornam is a traditional South Indian Birthing decoction. Taken with one Baby Pill (2000-year-old Ayurvedic recipe), which is a digestive aid. The herbal drink helps to clear the gut and make the tissues of the uterus, cervix, pelvis, hip and perineal areas supple and elastic, which aids pelvic mobility - a pre-requisite for a gentle birth and short labour.
