Morning Herbal Birthing Tea - 2 month supply

Also called ‘The Birthing Tea’. The Morning Herbal tea should be drank every morning. It is a blend of the following:

  • Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica fol) 1 tsp

  • Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 1 tsp

  • Cramp Cut Bark (Viburnam opulus) 1/2 tsp

Each of these cleansing herbs, contribute towards gently toning and detoxing your liver, kidneys and uterus for birth.

Note: You may also be interested in purchasing the Gentle Birth Method mug and tea strainer. The morning teas can be put in the strainer to make your delicious tea.

Note: Postnatally the nettle tea it is a good liver cleanse, raspberry leaf tea helps with lactation and cramp cut bark can help reduce after pains of the uterus that might happen during breastfeeding.

  • This is a popular western herbal tea for pregnancy and birth preparations. This tea detoxifies and tones the uterus.

  • Place 1 level teaspoon of Nettle leaf & Raspberry leaf only half a teaspoon of Cramp Cut Bank into a teapot then add 1 pint of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes then strain and drink slowly. You may drink it all at one go or you can drink some in the morning and some later during the day (just warm it up)
