Let me congratulate you on a wonderful book which is truely inspiring.

I have been reading your Gentle Birth Method book over the past couple of weeks with great delight. I was very fortunate and sometimes wonder if it was fate that the only copy available in Aberdeen, a few days after it's release, should have landed in my hands.....I just wanted to write and say, firstly, for someone who was crying most evenings jsut at the sheer thought of giving birth, to someone who now has been reading your book over the past couple of weeks that I am now starting to gain the positive mental attitude and starting to try and become more focussed so, thank you.

I have recently purchase the Gentle Birth Method book and I haven't been able to put it down, mainly because there is always a reasonable answer/explanation for any queries which come along. I have found the yoga exercises and the massage techniques have certainly helped, although I am finding the diet harder to stick to but using the information.

I think it's called common sense instead of crisis management, I am lucky I have an understanding midwife and homeopath and they were both very excited when I showed them the article in a Sunday magazine regarding the methods and the book. Keep spreading the word! Many thanks for someone else trying to convert the NHS into thinking common sense is also practical, especially where pregnant mothers and children are concerned, they could save a fortune!!
