I truly 'lucked-out' by getting my hands on Dr Motha's unique hypnosis CDs.
They were an utter godsend! For one, Dr Motha's calming energy was so perfectly relayed through her confidence-inducing voice.
And oh, what a voice - I felt as if I was being guided by a terrifically experienced, warm-hearted angel. Not only did I feel comforted and unusually relaxed every time I tuned in but I'd also fully restored my faith in my 'birthing body' .
