The herbal tea is composed of:
Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica fol)
Cramp Cut Bark (Viburnam opulus)
Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Squaw vine leaf (Mitchella repens)
This is a popular western herbal teal- for pregnancy and birth preparations.
This tea detoxifies and tones the uterus.
Method of Preparation:
Place 1 level teaspoon of each herb into a teapot, then add 1 pint of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain and drink slowly. You may drink it all at one go, or you can drink some in the morning and some later during the day (just warm it up)
