The herbal tea is composed of: nettle leaf, squaw vine leaves, cramp cut bark and raspberry leaf.

Dhanwantaram pills and the Baladi Choornam (single traditional herb commonly used in South India – Sida Rhombofolia). These herbs are famed for clearing the mother’s liver and gut and assist digestion and assimilation. They specifically clear toxins in the uterus, cervix, pelvis, hip and perineal areas. This in turn helps birth mobility. Dr Motha’s mothers have been using these herbs since 1994, and have found that they soften the impact of labour.
The herbs should be taken daily from week 20 to term.
